We are excited to share great news! Our “Farm to Food Pantry” initiative is under way thanks to a generous grant from The Farmington Greater Together Community Fund at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving.
We are thrilled to offer our pantry shoppers the freshest seasonal produce from The Farm Truck at Hein Farm. Our six month program kicks off this fall and will pick up again in the spring of 2022.
Providing healthy food to those in need and supporting a local Farmington, Connecticut farmer is a win-win! Many thanks to all involved!
